Agent 86 Auction items come from online returns, overstock items, surplus items, in store returns, delivery refusals, and bulk volume sales from Amazon, Wal-Mart, Home Depot, QVC & More. Items will be Brand New, Appears New, Open Box, Pre-Owned/Used, or Damaged.
Due to the massive volume we sell, we try to visually inspect items for any obvious damage, but not all items are tested for functionality.

If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.
Refer to our Return Policy below for more details. Feel free to inspect on items on-site, and let us know if you have any issues.
**Pickup Deadline:**
All items must be picked within the posted pickup times - Items not collected by this time are considered forfeit and will be relisted - NO REFUND
**Settlement and Pickup Information:**
Invoices not settled by the end of the published loadout will be marked as a "No Show," negatively affecting your bidder account.
Please refrain from bidding if you cannot pick up within the posted timeframes. We value your business and appreciate your cooperation.
**Return Policy:**
All return/refund requests must be emailed to Agent86help@gmail.com before 6:00 pm Friday following the auction close. We do not accept phone calls or text messages; please use email only. When requesting a refund, please attach a PDF copy of your invoice to the email (PDF can be downloaded from your account), and specify in the body of the email which lots need returned. This policy is not extended for late pickups. Items must be returned by the 2nd Wednesday following the auction close. Failure To Follow This Policy Will VOID your refund.
**Handling Surcharge:**
An automatic $1.00 handling fee will be added to all lot items won at the end of the auction to offset elevated freight and processing costs.

Payment:The default credit card on file with your account will be charged immediately at the close of the auction. If your payment is declined for any reason, you will not be able to pick up your items without paying.Payment onsiteisaccepted at this locationin the form of cash, check, or wire transfer.Invoices over $2,000 are not able to be paid by the credit card you have on file.You will need to pay with cash, wire, or a cashier's check. Exact change is required on cash payments.
If you, as the winning bidder (Buyer), do not provide sufficient funds or fail to retrieve your item(s) within the scheduled pick-up times, you may incur fees. Multiple instances of not paying or retrieving your items will result in a permanent block from the Equip-Bid site. Any bidder caught opening a new account will be charged an additional $50 with the above warnings. This is considered fraudulent bidding and is not tolerated.
Pick-Up:If you are unable to pick up your items during the scheduled pick-up times, do not bid. By bidding in an Equip-Bid auction, you are legally bound to be charged for all won items and are agreeing to remove them from the auction location.
If you fail to pick up your won items within the above timeframe,the items will be placed back on auction and resold to the highest bidder after all scheduled loadout times have passed. They can be held up to 5 days upon request from the bidder for a $50.00 holding fee (separate from a late pick-up fee).Regardless of any agreed upon storage of your items, all invoices must be paid by the end of regular scheduled removal. You are still liable for paying for your item(s) and will be charged at the default credit card on file, regardless of whether not you have picked up the items.
Removal:Once a bidder has paid for and picked up their items, the items become the property of the winning bidder (buyer). The buyer assumes all risk of loss and damage to property from that point forward, including at the premises of the sale.
Refunds:If you receive an item that is damaged, does not work, or is missing pieces and it was not listed as such in the description, you are eligible to apply for a refund.All refund requests must be submitted via email- Agent86help@gmail.comby date and time listed in on the details section- Contact affiliate by email Agent86help@gmail.com.Please note that refunds are processed as soon as they are received but take 4-12 business days to process and return the money to your account.
Tax-Exempt Purchases:Tax-exempt forms must be provided to each independent affiliate exempt statuses are not stored with your Equip-Bid account. If this is your first tax-exempt purchase withAgent 86,contact us atAgent86help@gmail.com. After providing tax-exempt forms to this affiliate, contact us to remove tax from each invoice and we will adjust your invoice before processing your payment.
