"I've never been there until my van was making a noise in the front end and thought I would give them a try and I'm glad I did . They was Abel to look at it that day so I left it with them. They called me couple hours later with an estimate to fix it and they could have it done that day. I told them to fix it . I would recommend them to anyone . Very friendly staff it's my repair shop from now on.THANKS GUYS GREAT JOB!!"

"They look professional but they charge way too much and they do not fix your car like they say they will. I had put my car in for repair and I was still having issues. They made it worse again by sabatoging my car’s engine to intentionally misfire when I asked them to fix the steering and whatever was causing everything to become loose when driving to and from work. I know because they were asking me a series of questions each time I went in to have my car serviced. They did it on purpose. I would never take my car back there again. And I advise you to do the same, do not take your car there to be repaired. They will also lie on you about any damages related to an accident claim."

These guys did a test drive to diagnosis the problem with my Jeep, called me with the needed repair information and got me back on the road very fast! "We were traveling and one of our service lights went on. We made a call to the Goodyear service in Franklin and they couldn't get us in for days. They kindly recommended New Life. I called and they got us in the same day. We took a stroll up into quaint downtown Franklin area and as we walked back they called to let us know all work completed. Cost was exactly what they quoted after mechanical testing. Very pleased with them. They were so nice and helpful. I would highly recommend them!!"

"I went to New Life Automotive to have my new-to-me vehicle inspected prior to driving back to Michigan in it. They checked everything out and gave me a complete list. Considering the age of the vehicle, I was pleased to hear that there was far less to do on it than I anticipated. They serviced the full list and it actually cost a bit less than the estimated cost! I was referred to them by my son and definitely will recommend them to anyone in the area."
